Inner and outer cuisine

The immersion in the Cerrado is also revealed by the gastronomy of the Pousada Trijunção - with its inner and outer cuisine.  

The inner cuisine offers à la carte lunches and dinners inspired by the flavours from Bahia, Goiás e Minas Gerais.

As well as gastronomic surprises during some of our activities, the highlight of the outer cuisine is an experience of barbecuing ribs over open fire, a tradition of the region's old farms. The barbecue is set up outdoors very early in the morning, and the ribs are roasted to be served in the evening.
